In my role as Customer Success Manager at Senseworks, I have the privilege of working closely with our customers and that is something I truly value. We have a strong product team with a clear vision and together with our customers we have the ability to fine-tune the details and prioritize the right ones.
We listen, prioritize and improve - together
For us, it is important to listen when our customers contact us with concrete requests. This is because sometimes it is those ideas, thoughts or suggestions for improvement that make the difference. To ensure that we receive user feedback, we usually invite them early in our design phase. We see this as an opportunity for them to give feedback on our prototype so that together we can create a function that matches their wishes, both in terms of function and content. The audit report that we have now released is the result of such a dialogue in which we have produced this together with our clients.
Turning customer needs into concrete solutions is easier as I have daily contact with Sensework's product and development team. Our close cooperation results in a more efficient process where we can work together to process customer needs and challenges so that we can then build long-term and prioritize the right priorities.
