At Senseworks, we believe in the strength of partnerships built on shared values, vision for the future and a genuine desire to improve the everyday lives of the industry. That is why the collaboration with Spiris is so important; not only technically, but also strategically.
We spoke with Eric Damberg, Business Owner at Spiris, about the integrations, the ecosystem and the journey towards the agency of the future.
What does Senseworks as a partner mean for Spiris, both strategically and in everyday life?
Senseworks is part of our offering through our ecosystem. Through our various systems, we can offer customers processes and working methods that really meet their needs. Because we share the vision of the agency of the future and the transformation the industry is facing, partnering with Senseworks is essential to create the best possible conditions for accounting firms to build prosperous businesses.
How do our products complement each other for the end customer?
Spiris makes it easy and efficient to manage financial processes where the agency and the entrepreneur can collaborate, while Senseworks adds analysis and audit capabilities that strengthen the agency's core business. Together we deliver a complete system support that enables agencies to offer the highest quality services.
What is the main benefit of the integration between Senseworks and Spiris?
Above all, the efficiency and control it provides. The data is automatically moved between the systems, which reduces the risk of errors and saves time. For the agency, it means a more professional and modern way of working. This is how it should work everywhere!
What are you most looking forward to in terms of integrations around Spiris going forward?
To be able to spread the benefits of our ecosystem to our customers. As I said before, the ecosystem is a key factor in being able to deliver products that truly meet the needs of the customer.
How will the accounting and auditing industry change in the coming years, and what role do our solutions play?
I have no clue but I think we are facing a rapid shift towards more advice-intensive agencies where administration is not allowed to take as much time as before. AI will play a big role; even now we're seeing how it helps take away manual labor. But it is still crucial to get the right data from different systems that are tailored to the customer's industry and way of working. Integrations will continue to be a key factor for the Agency to focus on delivering value in terms of advice and expertise. Together, our solutions enable agencies to be at the forefront.
You are talking about the journey from “good to beloved product”. What does that mean for you?
It's about truly understanding our customers' everyday lives and translating the insights into simple and useful features. Partnerships like ours with Senseworks are an important factor; together we cover a greater part of the customer's needs and create the whole that the customer deserves.
What feedback do you get from customers about the integration with Senseworks?
What stands out is how much time they save and how smooth it will be when the systems are integrated. It is that simplicity that is most appreciated.
You ended the last partner meeting with “We have more fun together”. What does that mean to you?
For us, it's about creating a platform where both agencies and entrepreneurs actually want to work. If we cannot provide exactly what the customer needs, the right solutions must be in place through the partnership, without unnecessary manual labor. When we develop integrations together, we create both better job satisfaction and better conditions for Swedish companies to grow and feel good.
