As a Customer Success Manager, I hear daily how Senseworks makes a difference in the everyday lives of auditors and accountants. It can be a matter of saving hours in each assignment, avoiding duplicate work or finally being able to spend more time on analysis than searching for evidence. Here is my top list of the things our customers themselves highlight as most valuable with Senseworks.
1 - Analyses that provide the right insights
Our most used analyses relate to employer contributions, VAT and various samples; areas that quickly provide insight into risks in the assignment. The most visited analyzes are the earnings and balance analysis, which since spring, in addition, can be displayed monthly. This feature has been in demand for a long time and makes it easier to follow developments over time and detect anomalies at the right moment. The fact that they are integrated directly into the audit and just a touch of a button away is also something our customers greatly appreciate.
2 - Integrations that free up time
Our integrations with Fortnox and Spiris make a big difference for our users, especially in sampling. Instead of manually chasing documents, you can now click on linked invoices and attachments directly in the audit flow or analytics, while reviewing the transaction.
Documents created and linked to receipts, such as customer invoices, vendor invoices, or other attachments, are retrieved automatically. This makes it possible to spend more time on analysis, dialogue and value creation and less on searching for information.
3 - Close and dedicated support
Many of our users tell us that they appreciate our commitment. When they come up with ideas, we take them seriously and several of our most used features have been directly shaped by user feedback. And when something goes wrong, they get quick feedback from a team that knows both the audit process and the system. From our developers, designers and data analysts to our customer managers and quality assurance officers. Everyone works together to solve problems, build smarter features, and make sure users get the most out of Senseworks. Often, the dialogue takes place directly in Teams, quickly, easily and personally.
4 - A modern audit process that saves time
It's not just about individual functions, but about the whole. One common thing customers highlight is that Senseworks holds the audit process together in a completely different way, making it easier to detect risks, follow the thread in each audit assignment and create more value in each assignment.
Being a part of our users' development journey is the best part of my job. I see daily how Senseworks contributes to increased efficiency, better insights and actually more job satisfaction.
