Munka Ljungby Revision chose to replace its previous audit program with Senseworks Audit. Malin Fredin, Chartered Accountant at Munka Ljungby Revision, talks about how Senseworks Audit made them more efficient, made their workdays more enjoyable and how they got more time for advice and to build strong customer relationships.

Malin, before you started with Senseworks, what was your biggest frustration or challenge with your previous audit program?

Before we started using Senseworks, our biggest frustration was the time-consuming and manual tasks in our previous system. We struggled to keep up with the analysis and to maintain the high quality of our work while finding time to give our customers the personal service they deserve.

Can you describe what it looked like in practice?

In practice, this meant that a large part of our time was spent on manual work, which affected both team efficiency and job satisfaction. It was difficult to keep up with customer needs while maintaining the high quality we strive for.

What prompted you to start looking at other solutions — and what did you get stuck with Senseworks?

We started looking at other tools because we realized we needed to streamline our processes to be able to focus more on consulting and customer relationships. What really caught our interest with Senseworks was the ease of use and how well Senseworks Audit suited our needs.

Today we notice several tangible differences. We have saved a lot of time automating previous manual tasks, which has reduced the number of errors and given us more time for advisory services. Our everyday life has become more rewarding as we can focus more on building strong customer relationships.

The team has reacted very positively. This is clearly reflected in the joy and energy of the team. Efficiency has also increased, which has led to a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Yes, we have noticed a positive impact on our customer relationships. We now have more time to focus on providing our customers with the personalized and quality service they deserve.
